We are a citizen led effort. We love our Law Enforcement and want to do something to raise awareness of Michigan citizens' appreciation.
We believe it is time for Michigan citizens to get vocal: we need to stand up, speak up, and show up in demonstrating how much we value our Law Enforcement. It is our goal to honor the service and sacrifice of Michigan's Law Enforcement and their families and to create a culture of honor and support for those who serve to keep us safe. We are non-partisan, and focused statewide. We are communicating with, but not legally aligned with, the National Police Week effort. |

THE VISION OF POLICE WEEK MICHIGAN
The vision of Police Week Michigan is to improve culture by:
- Helping educate, inspire and equip citizens to move from silent supporters to citizens who are standing up, speaking up, and showing up in support of our Police
- Recalibrating the public narrative: to show the truth of men and women in Law Enforcement that they are heroes, mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, aunts, and uncles, neighbors and friends who are working hard every day to watch out for our best interests
- Making sure the Michigan Police know that "we have your back" every week of the year
